Hey,i'v added small text input area so each can put his REAL PERSONAL NAME,its can be full name or only First name.
I did it because a simple reason - we have some inactive guys,orguys we havn't seen or new recruit and we need to know each other better.
this field is required.
Please add your personal names by clicking on your names (right side of the header)->My settings->'Profile' Tab-> and you will see it under "Required Information" section. and add your name.

This field will be now viewable at any post/topic,and on profile users.
